Shipping policy

Linamii is a trading name of Price Land Enterprise (Pty) Ltd
(Reg. 2015/400525/07). We deliver across all nine provinces of
South Africa.

DISPATCH
In-stock orders are dispatched from our Randburg base within 1 to 2
working days. Hand-made crochet items are made to order; the
dispatch timeframe is shown on each product page (currently about 2
weeks for pre-order pieces).

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Main centres: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
Outlying areas: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. If delivery will
exceed 30 days, we will contact you and offer a full refund, as
required by law.

DELIVERY COST
A flat delivery fee of R40 applies during our launch period. Orders
of R600 or more qualify for free delivery. Delivery is calculated
and shown at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING
You receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp when your parcel
is collected. If your tracking has not updated in 48 hours, contact
us on +27 71 868 0129.

ORDER COLLECTION
Collection by arrangement from 372 Surrey Avenue, Ferndale,
Randburg, Gauteng, 2194. WhatsApp us to arrange a time.

RISK
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your
parcel on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
